In brief, Right Insurance is a UK-based insurance quote search and lead-generation service – we are not an insurer. We help you find and compare quotes from partner insurance providers. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Executive Summary: Right Insurance provides a free quote comparison service (we do not charge users; any insurance purchase is direct with the insurer). We collect basic personal information (name, contact, vehicle details, etc.) so that we can search for insurance quotes on your behalf. We share that information with trusted UK insurance companies and brokers (e.g. comparison sites) only to obtain quotes for you. We use standard web cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to improve our site. We store your data securely until our service is completed or you request deletion. In doing all this, we comply with UK GDPR and ICO guidance, using clear plain language in our policies. You have rights under GDPR (see table below) – you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. • You are not obligated to buy anything. We do not charge you any fee for using our quote comparison service. If you choose to purchase an insurance policy, you pay the insurer directly under their terms.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in our forms. You are responsible for the data you submit (name, address, contact, vehicle details, etc.). We are not liable for any consequences of incorrect or incomplete information.

Note: This chart illustrates the data flow: You (the user) submit your details to Right Insurance. We share relevant data with partner insurers to obtain quotes. Those partners provide quotes back to you. Meanwhile, Right Insurance stores your data securely until you request deletion or stop using our service. This is in line with GDPR principles: data is used only for obtaining quotes and is deleted upon request (or after service ends).
